Members of a TOTA Group have the option of contributing content to that group. Contributions will need to be approved by the Group Facilitator.
To contribute an article:
- If you have already written or uploaded the article, go to Your Articles (https://www.tota.world/account/articles/) and select Edit for the article you want to assign to the Group. If you have not yet written the article, use the Create button in the sidebar to go to the Add Article page (https://www.tota.world/add-article).
- In the metadata panels to the right of the article content space, find the section titled "Author & Group". Select the appropriate Group from the Group list. Note that only the Groups of which you are a member will be included on the list.
- Don't forget to Save the article when you are done.
The Group Facilitator will receive a Notification indicating that there is newly submitted content for the Group. Your article will appear in the Articles area for the Group after the Facilitator has reviewed and approved your contribution.
