As a Group Facilitator, you have access to edit and manage all group functions and features, including the ability to accept or deny requests to join.



To Edit a Group:

  1. Go to https://www.tota.world.

  2. Login to TOTA.

  3. In the sidebar navigation, click on Groups.  This will direct you to your Groups (https://www.tota.world/account/groups) page where you can review and manage both the Groups You Belong To and Groups You Follow.

  4. Select the group you'd like to manage.  This will direct you to the page for that group.

  5. At the top of the group page, there are two links, "Edit Group" and "Review Join Requests".  Select Edit Group. This will direct you to the Add/Edit Group page where you can update the group name, website, icon, overview, summary and members.

  6. When you have finished editing, click Save to save your changes.


To Review and Approve New Group Members or New Content Submissions:

  1. Go to https://www.tota.world.

  2. Log-in to your TOTA Account.

  3. In the sidebar navigation, click on Groups.  This will direct you to your Groups (https://www.tota.world/account/groups) page where you can review and manage both the Groups You Belong To and Groups You Follow.

  4. Select the group you'd like to manage.  This will direct you to the page for that group.

  5. At the top of the group page, there are two links, "Edit Group" and "Review Join Requests".  Select Review Join Requests. This will direct you to the Notifications. In the section titled "Group Facilitation", you can approve new group members and new content submissions.

  6. When you have finished editing, click Save to save your changes.


Only Group Facilitators will see the "Edit" and "Review Join Requests" links mentioned above. If you do not see these links, you are not a Group Facilitator for the group.
